Pizza that we ordered from EVERY OTHER pizza place knew how to cook a amazing garlic and onion pizza. This place is AWFUL. CHUNKS AND CHUNKS OF GARLIC, we needed to scrape it off, and it wasn't even cooked. When we called to tell them, they said there is nothing they can do about it. I'm sorry, but that is terrible customer service. We paid for a pizza we couldn't even eat.

Counter person helping me was extremely helpful! Slices were not heated up and barely warm. The chicken parm and white slices were good. The chicken parm had good taste and crust was good but the whote had major flop. Again, both were barely Luke warm and I didn't ask for it like that. Will try again.

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows this place makes the best garlic knots on the island. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. Not with just the customers but with each other. 10pm Saturday night the night before Xmas eve and these kids behind the counter were helping other out making sure if one of them was busy with a customer the other picked up the slack and finished the task. Great staff great pizza awesome knots!

I’m deathly ill so naturally I wanted chicken noodle soup. Order a quart that was $15 (thats a lot?) but its fine because I’ll pay any amount of money for food. The only issue is after waiting for what felt like a solid 20 minutes there was NO chicken in my chicken noodle soup just a few pieces of cartilage and skin. Thank you for ruining my already terrible day.

Ordered 20 minutes in advance. Food wasn't ready. Had to speak to 3 different people for a simple regular pizza and garlic knots. Waited another 20 minutes to get an ice cold pizza with just as cold garlic knots. Staff was less then interested in apologizing or cared that I waited 40 minutes for a pre order.

Disgusting and inconsistent. All the kids behind the counter must take turns sharing hits of ganja on their break because they can’t comprehend basic orders. No more Carlos for me. 0/10 do not recommend.

I have been coming to Carlo's for years and their pizza is always the best! At other places the pizza is inconsistent but at Carlos it is always great no matter who the pizza maker is. Garlic knots are delicious too. Wish there were more locations.
